Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed on splitclima.ch with SplitClima, Musterstrasse 1, 8000 Zürich, Schweiz ("SplitClima"). By ordering you accept these terms.
2. Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs including 8.1% VAT and the advance recycling fee (vRB). The prices at the time of ordering apply. Obvious pricing errors remain reserved.
3. Contract conclusion
The presentation of products in the shop is a non-binding invitation to order. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation by email or with the dispatch of the goods. We may decline orders without stating reasons, in particular if items are unavailable.
4. Payment
We accept TWINT, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and purchase on invoice. Invoices are payable within 30 days net. In case of late payment, reminder fees and default interest may be charged.
5. Delivery
We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. In-stock goods usually leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. For preorders the stated delivery window applies; binding dates are confirmed by email. Air conditioners ship free of charge; accessory orders ship free from CHF 50, below that we charge CHF 4.90.
6. Return policy
We voluntarily grant a 30-day return right from receipt of the goods. Details are set out on our returns page. Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty of 2 years from delivery applies (Art. 210 Swiss Code of Obligations). In case of defects, contact us; we will arrange repair, replacement or refund. Handling takes place entirely in Switzerland.
8. Retention of title
Goods remain our property until paid in full.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for slight negligence as well as for indirect and consequential damages. Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain reserved.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zürich, subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction.
