Returns and cancellation
30-day return right
You can return any item within 30 days of receipt without giving reasons. This is a voluntary service on our part: Swiss law has no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases, but we believe you should be able to test in peace.
Conditions
The item must be returned complete, undamaged and in its original packaging. Signs of use beyond careful testing may lead to a proportional deduction. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is defective or we delivered incorrectly.
Process
Announce the return by email to [email protected] with your order number. You will receive the return address and a confirmation. After receipt and inspection of the goods we refund the purchase price within 14 days to the original payment method.
Defective units
For defects within the 2-year warranty we cover all costs, including return shipping. Contact us and we will arrange pickup of the unit.
