Data controller
The controller for data processing is SplitClima, Musterstrasse 1, 8000 Zürich, Schweiz, [email protected]. We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP).
Data we process
For orders: name, address, email, phone number and order data, to fulfil the purchase contract. For waitlist signups: email address, desired product and language, to inform you once about availability. For contact requests: your details to answer the request.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Your payment details are collected directly by Stripe and processed under its privacy terms; we never receive full card data.
Cookies and analytics
This website only uses technically necessary storage (for example the cart in your browser). No tracking cookies are set and no advertising networks are embedded.
Sharing and retention
We only share data where necessary for contract fulfilment (payment providers, shipping partners) or where legally required. We retain data as long as needed for the purpose or required by statutory retention duties (generally 10 years for business records).
